3 John 1:2: Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers.

It's official. I've gained weight as a result of a very Happy Thanksgiving. Now I have twice as much baggage to shed. There goes my double slices of pecan pie, extra helpings of dressing and all my other favorite dishes that I had plan to eat on Christmas. Maybe, I'll inhale first.

I have some exciting news. My testimony "If I Should Die Before I Wake," will be included in an upcoming anthology, Keeping the Faith, edited by Essence bestselling author Vanessa Miller. It's being released in February 2011, right in time for Black History month. I'll have books for sale on my website and will donate 15% of each sale to charity. More on that later. FOOTNOTE: Please remember Vanessa's mother in your prayers. She is hospitalized.

Don't forget to pre-order your copies of Crowning Glory in December to receive free full color Crowning Glory journals, complete with 2011 calendars. Proof of purchase is needed via email or snail mail. The deadline is December 10th if you want them in time for Christmas.
